1. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to operate BizLift — marketing services, AI chatbot, IT support, and local-business lead lists:
- Identifiers & business contact info you submit through our forms: name, business name, phone, email, city, trade, and any details you include in your message.
- Business contact information from public sources. To build local-business lead lists for our subscribers, we collect business name, published phone, website, city, and trade from public directories and listings (e.g., chamber of commerce directories, Better Business Bureau listings, public business websites). We do not buy data from data brokers.
- Chat messages you send to our website assistant (stored with a random session identifier).
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) used for security and rate limiting.
- Consent records: whether you opted in to marketing, when, and which version of this policy you agreed to.
We do not knowingly collect precise geolocation, government IDs, health data, or children's data (see §10).
2. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and deliver contracted services (video engine, chatbot, IT support, automation, websites).
- To build, maintain, and deliver local-business lead lists to our subscribers under our lead subscription plans.
- To send marketing communications only where you opted in — every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe link.
- To secure the service (rate limiting, abuse prevention, suppression-list enforcement).
- To comply with law and respond to lawful requests.
3. Selling & sharing personal information
Yes — we sell/share business contact information. Our lead subscription service provides local-business contact details (name, business, phone, website, city, trade) to paying subscribers. Under the CCPA/CPRA this constitutes "selling" or "sharing" personal information for valuable consideration.
- California residents have the right to opt out of sale/sharing at any time: use our Do Not Sell / Opt-Out form or email szehoyeu@yahoo.com.
- We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal: when your browser sends
Sec-GPC: 1, we mark your submission as "do not sell/share" and honor that request. - We honor the National Do Not Call Registry and internal do-not-call list for any phone outreach.
- Contacts on our suppression list are never stored again or resold — new submissions from suppressed contacts are rejected automatically.
4. California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Right to Know — what personal information we collected about you, the categories and sources, the business purpose, and the categories of third parties we disclosed it to.
- Right to Delete — request deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Right to Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing — see §3 above.
- Right to Non-Discrimination — we will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised a privacy right.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information — we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes beyond those necessary to provide the service.
How to exercise your rights: submit a request through our Privacy Request form or email szehoyeu@yahoo.com with the subject "CCPA Request." We may need to verify your identity before processing (typically confirming the email or phone number on file). We respond within the time required by law — within 45 days, and sooner for most opt-outs (usually immediate).
Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with proof of authorization. Appeals: if we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our denial email; we'll review within 45 days and, if you remain unsatisfied, you may file a complaint with the California Attorney General at oag.ca.gov/privacy.
5. Opt-in and opt-out choices (everyone)
- Marketing opt-in: our forms use unchecked opt-in checkboxes — we never pre-check marketing consent. You choose whether to receive tips and offers.
- Opt-out anytime: every marketing message carries a working unsubscribe link, and you can use the Do Not Sell / Opt-Out form to stop all marketing and/or remove your contact from our lead lists.
- Transactional messages about a request or service you started (audit requests, support replies) are not marketing and are not affected by unsubscribing.
6. Cookies & tracking
Today our site runs without third-party advertising cookies or cross-site trackers. The chat widget uses a random, session-scoped identifier with no personal data. If we add analytics or advertising technology later, this policy will be updated and consent will be requested where required (including before any sale/sharing triggered by cookies).
7. Third-party service providers
We share information only with service providers who help us operate — e.g., email delivery (Google/Gmail), website hosting and CDN (Cloudflare, when live), and future payment processing (e.g., Stripe). These providers act under contract, may use data only as needed to provide their service, and may not sell it.
8. Data retention & security
- Lead records: retained while active in our database; suppressed (opted-out) contacts are kept only as a minimal suppression record (contact value + timestamp) so we honor the opt-out permanently.
- Marketing contacts: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
- Chat logs: retained for service quality, reviewed in aggregate.
- Security: local-first storage with parameterized database access, restricted admin endpoints with tokens, transport encryption when deployed (HTTPS), and access limited to the operating team. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we apply reasonable safeguards.
9. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
California residents can opt out of sale/sharing here: Do Not Sell / Privacy Request form · Email: szehoyeu@yahoo.com · GPC signals are honored automatically (see §3).
10. Children's privacy
BizLift is a business-to-business service. Our services and lead lists are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the "Effective" date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the site. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes notice; where required by law, we will obtain consent first.
