Terms & Conditions

These terms govern use of bizlift.pages.dev and BizLift services (video marketing, AI chatbots, IT support, automation, websites, and lead subscriptions). They are designed to be readable — plain language, no tricks.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing bizlift.pages.dev or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you use the services on behalf of a company, you confirm you can bind that company.

2. Services

BizLift provides marketing and technology services for local businesses: video marketing, AI chatbots, IT support, automation, website builds, and local-business lead subscriptions, as described on our Pricing and Services pages. Specific deliverables for project work are confirmed in writing (quote or order) before work begins.

3. Subscriptions & fees

  • Subscription plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice (per our Pricing page).
  • One-time builds (websites, video packages) are priced per written quote.
  • Prices are in USD; applicable taxes are added where required. Invoices are due per the terms on the invoice; services may be suspended for non-payment after notice.
  • Plan features (e.g., lead volumes, resale rights) follow the plan you purchase — see §4.

4. Lead list terms

  • Lists are delivered in the volume and format of your plan (e.g., City Starter 10 leads/month, Metro Growth 30, Multi-Market Pro 75 with resale rights as stated on Pricing).
  • Unless your plan states otherwise, lists are licensed for your own business outreach only — no redistribution, resale, or republication of raw list data.
  • Lists are built from public business sources and provided as is (see Disclaimer §3). Suppression/opt-out requests are honored permanently.

5. Acceptable use

  • Use our services and lists only for lawful business-to-business outreach. You are responsible for complying with outreach laws (including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and state rules) when contacting businesses from a list.
  • No spam, no harassing or deceptive messages, no misrepresentation of who you are.
  • No scraping, hacking, probing, or interfering with the site, chatbot, or databases; no sharing of admin credentials or API tokens.
  • No use of the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.

6. AI-assisted deliverables

Some deliverables (scripts, captions, chatbot replies, copy drafts) are generated with AI and reviewed by us. You are responsible for a final human review before publishing or sending anything that represents your business. AI output may be inaccurate — see Disclaimer §1.

7. Intellectual property

  • The site, its design, our templates, processes, and pre-existing tools remain ours (or our licensors'). You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to view the site and, if a customer, to use delivered project files per your quote.
  • You retain ownership of materials you provide to us and grant us a license to use them solely to deliver your services.
  • Client names, marks, and case examples may be shown only with permission.

8. Third-party services

Delivery may rely on third parties (hosting/CDN, payment processors, email, AI and telephony vendors). Their terms and privacy practices apply to their components; we are not responsible for their acts or outages.

9. No warranties; limitation of liability

Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizLift's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $100, if less), and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; in those places this limit applies to the fullest extent allowed. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless BizLift from claims arising from your misuse of the services or lists, your outreach practices, or your breach of these terms.

11. Termination

Either party may end a subscription per §3; either party may terminate for material breach with written notice. Sections that by nature should survive (fees owed, IP, liability limits, indemnity) survive termination.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to mandatory consumer protections where you live.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update this page and revise the effective date. Material changes will be highlighted on the site. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
